CHILD AND RAIN

A mother noticed that it was about time for school to dismiss and since it looked like it would rain, she drove toward the school to pick up her eight year old daughter.

She turned down the street to see her daughter running towards her down the sidewalk.

A lightning bolt flashed and the little girl stretched her hands , looked up towards the sky, smiled and then began running towards her mother's car.

Another lightning bolt flashed and again the little girl stretched her hands , looked towards the sky, smiled and resumed running.

This happened several more times until the little girl finally arrived at where her mother was parked.

Her Mom immediately inquired as to the strange behavior. "Why did you keep stopping and smiling at the sky ?" she asked her daughter.

"I had to, Mommy. God was taking my picture."

GOD SAVES

Little Robert was doing very bad in math. His parents had tried everything. Tutors, Mentors, Flash cards, Special learning centers. In short, everything they could think of to help his math.

Finally, in a last ditch effort, they took Robert down and enrolled him in the local Catholic school. After the first Day, little Robert came home with a very serious look on his face. He did not even kiss his mother . Instead, he went straight to his room and started studying. Books and papers were spread out all over the room and little Robert was hard at work. His mother was amazed. She called him down to dinner.

To her shock, the minute he was done, he marched back to his room without a word, and in no time, he was back Hitting the books as hard as before. This went on for some time, day after day, while the mother tried to understand what made all the difference.

Finally, little Robert brought home his report Card. He quietly laid it on the table, went up to his room and hit the books. With great trepidation, His Mom looked at it and to her great surprise, Little Robert got an "A" in math. She could no Longer hold her curiosity.

She went to his room and said, "Son, what was it? Was it the nuns?"

Little Robert looked at her and Shook his head, no.

"Well, then," she replied, "Was it the books, the discipline, the structure, the Uniforms?

"WHAT WAS IT ALREADY?"

Little Robert looked at her and said, "Well, on The first day of school when I saw that guy nailed to The plus sign (Jesus), I knew they weren't fooling around."

You alter the difficulties

You alter yourself to the meet them

DIPLOMACY

A bank manager accidentally drives his car into a deep ditch on the side of a country road.Luckily a farmer happened by with his big old horse named Benny.The manager asked for help and the farmer said Benny could pull his car out.So he backed Benny up and hitched him to the man's car bumper.

Then he yelled: "Pull, Nellie, Pull"
Benny didn't move.

Then he yelled" Come on,Pull Ranger"

Still, Benny didn't move.

Then he yelled really loud: "Now Pull, Fred....Pull hard"
Benny just stood there.

Then the farmer nonchalantly said: "Ok, Benny...now pull"

Benny pulled the car out of the ditch.

The manager was very appreciative but curious. He asked the farmer: " I really appreciate that, but why did you call your horse by the wrong name three times ?"

The farmer replied :" MY OLD BENNY IS BLIND AND IF HE THOUGHT HE WAS THE ONLY ONE PULLING HE WOULD NOT EVEN TRY. "
