LEARN FROM CHILDREN

A mother and son were washing dishes while the father and daughter were watching TV in the living room. Suddenly, there was a loud crash of breaking plates, then complete silence.

The daughter turned to look at her father.

Daughter: It is mummy!

Father: How do you know?

Daughter: She didnot say anything.

KNOW YOUR OBJECTIVES FIRST

During a visit to the mental asylum, a visitor asked the Director, "what is the criteria that defines a patient to be institutionalized? "

"Well," said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub, we offer ateaspoon, a teacup, and a bucket to the patient and ask the patient to empty the bathtub."

1. Would you use the spoon?
2. Would you use the teacup?
3. Would you use the bucket?

"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would choose the bucket as it is larger than the spoon."

"No," answered the Director. "A normal person would pull the drain plug."

There is a difference between an objective and action.Unlessyou understand your objective, you will be wasting your time in your actions.

LESSON FROM OUR EYES

The best relationship ever is between our two eyes.

They blink together, cry together, move together, see together and sleep together

Still they never see each other.

DON'T YOU THINK?

The following event happened when i went for a training programme in a company .

As the trainer was residing near by my hotel , he used to pick me.Usually We arrive early at the company and he would park far away from the entrance .

The first day, I didnot say anything , either the second or third. One morning I asked , "Do you have a fixed parking space? I have noticed we park far from the entrance even when there are no other cars in the lot."

To which he replied, "Since we are here early we will have time to walk , and whoever gets in late will be late and need a place closer to the door. Do not you think ?"

SECURITY

Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it . Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.
